MHL Investment Joint Stock Company looking for Sales Specialist in Office - Commercial leasingExperienced, proactive and passionate about real estate. This is an opportunity for you to directly develop customers, build a partner network and participate in the entire process of consulting, negotiating, and signing rental contracts for products operated by MHL.
Job description
Position Business Specialist, you will directly seek and develop customers who need to rent offices and commercial space; At the same time, build and maintain a network of brokers, agents and leasing partners.
Main tasks include:
- Searching, approaching and developing customers with rental needsoffice and commercial space.
- Consulting on area, rental price, policies, services and utilities; Survey needs and directly lead visitors to visit the premises.
- Develop rental offering plans, quotes and policy proposals suitable for each customer.
- Negotiation of commercial terms; Coordinate the preparation of documents, contracts, appendices and monitor the process of signing and handing over the premises.
- Caring for tenants throughout the contract implementation period; exploit opportunitiesre-sign, renew or expand leased area.
- Update rental prices, occupancy rates, supply, market trends and performance of competing buildings; Propose pricing policies and business promotion programs.
- Report business results, sales opportunities and revenue forecasts; Coordinate with relevant departments to handle tenant issues.

Suitable candidates are neededGraduated from College or higher and have at least 02 years of experience in office and commercial leasing business.
