IMG Investment Joint Stock Company is the investor of the Artemis Tower. Officially established in 2007, IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, with Mr. Le Tu Minh as Chairman of the Board of Directors, is the parent company and the central authority managing, funding, and operating all subsidiaries and real estate, residential, and industrial park projects.

Established in 1996, initially focusing on taxi services in Hue.

In 2002, the company officially entered the real estate market with the Thuong Xuan urban area project. To date, after more than 25 years of operation, the company has completed and is currently implementing 50 different projects, notably Petro Quang Ngai Residential Area, An Cu City, Hoan My Hue Hospital, Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park, ARTEMIS, etc.
